This website was built for the purpose of allowing Mississippi state government employees to stretch their travel budgets by booking their own airfares and hotel rooms without using expensive travel agencies for routine travel needs.

Recent changes to state travel rules mean you no longer have to obtain pre-approval from the Mississippi's State Department of Finance and Administration for airfares that save the state money, nor do you have to save the state $25 or more.

However, you must keep a record that will show that you saved the state some money-- which our format makes easy! Simply fill out this form and submit it along with a copy of your air travel invoice.
